Current Job Opening

Lecturer:  The EKU History Department is accepting applications for a Lecturer. The successful applicant will be expected to teach U.S. and/or World History surveys as part of our departmental General Education offerings, as well as upper-division courses in areas of specialization. The initial appointment is for one academic year, with the possibility of annual renewal for up to three years. Ph.D. in History or closely related discipline required, ABD considered. Teaching experience preferred. Position will commence August 15, 2009. Review of applications will begin on May 4, 2009, and will continue until the position is filled.
